Centra, a provider of technology services to mid-tier corporate organisations, is fully certified to provide consultative and support services for Sophos’s web, email, network and endpoint security offerings.

Craig Belcher, director for Centra Networks, said: “Meeting the business goals of our clients in today's competitive landscape requires a team approach.

“Sophos's well regarded reputation is founded on its commitment to research and develop, and rigorous attention to quality. Together with Centra's proven expertise in delivering and managing mission critical business systems, our partnership with Sophos will further enhance the value we provide to our customers around Australia.”

Belcher added that Sophos’s offering, provision of free sales and technical training as well as its 24/7 unlimited live support located in Australia were important factors in Centra’s decision to become a Sophos partner.

Zoe Nicholson, channel manager for A/NZ at Sophos, said: “Sophos is firmly committed to investing in resources that help our partners to deliver solutions, support and services that provide real value and cost savings to their customers.

“Centra Networks’s reputation for service excellence and technical proficiency will play a key role in helping Sophos increase its brand visibility in Queensland. We look forward to working closely with them to identify and win new customers in the mid-tier corporate sector.”
