2 hours? That would be welcome right now. How about 3 days? I haven't been able to access hotmail since Wednesday April 15th. And I'm not the only one. MASSIVE MASSIVE problem. I have not been able to get into my msn hotmail or messenger for several months now i think some one else got into it because people were getting mail from me that i did not send. then i was in the hospital for several months , when i try it tells me i have logged on two many times with the wrong pass world can you help get back on it ?

On the 19th February 2009 all my emails were deleted. Any alerts that I had set up prior to that date are going to a big black hole somewhere. This is the 3rd time I have made a notation - all to no avail.

I have been unable to login to msn messenger or hotmail for the past 3 days. it gives an error message that my ID or password is incorrect It seem to me that my hotmail account has been hyjacked since all of my contacts are now getting e-mails saying that I am stuck in England and to please send me money. verrry frustrating problem, can't get past the LIVE login password, no hotmail or msn for days and countless hours of my time trying to figure it out, can't open my homepage with all my favorite links, I better not loose all my emails folks or my contacts...this would be bad, barry barry bad!! I have not been able to access my previous email account for over a month and am findingt it increasingly frustrating, I am over 50 and my children have left home so I am trying all alternatives on my own, all my contacts are on my previous contact list and I am completly lost and frustrated, can any one help please; my last address left out the dot in my name and any corperate help goes to that address and I cant access it because I have been blocked; am I dead already and in hell? please help!

I have neither been able to open my hotmail nor the MSN web page since June 16, 2010.Whenever I try to check my e-mails in the inbox, a window appears telling me to click the "refresh" icon or to check my internet settings. Whereas, I can easily open all other websites and windows.

I don't know if this is the same problem but for a few months now, it's been hit and miss whether I can actually get to the login page. More so in the last few weeks, I can't log in at all. It says it's done and shows a blank page.

I have been trying since yesterday, (Sunday) morning to log in to Hotmail. I keep getting the message "you've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect email address or passward. I have been getting another message "we're unable to complete your request. Windows Live is experiencing technical difficulties. I am extremely frustrated. I sent Hotmail three requested from their "Help" and asked them to reply but received no answer. It's been two very bad days for me and I lost faith in Hotmail.

I had great difficulty 27 July 2010 signing in to my Hotmail account. When I did eventually get in 42 emails messages were listed however when I tried to access a message the window froze. I went out of Hotmail and signed in again with the same result. Next time I signed in I tried options. Same result On each occasion I ended the program I received the following message from Windows Internet Explorer. Quote “Stop running this script. A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run your computer might become unresponsive.” Unquote

Until hotmail have sorted this out I haver discovered that if you go to the website below, which is a mobile version of hotmail & log into your account you'll have basic access to your hotmail. www.mail.live.com/m/

Please can we have a simple / vanilla version of Hotmail for those of us who just want to do the basic stuff, i.e. send and receive mail, attach a few photos and manage a few folders. The fancy stuff may be giving your s/w people a high, but they are going to drive users away. KEEP IT SIMPLE. PLEASE.

Aug. 16, 2010 - Hotmail will not let me view or delete emails. Almost wouldn't let me see my inbox, but let me in after 3 tries. Unacceptable. Despite being very tied to hotmail at this point, I'm heavily consider switching, as it will probably be less trouble than staying. (Not to mention the fact that they change their layout every 6 months... and each time it somehow seems to get worse, not better.)

I have tried for days to get into hotmail but it won't let me. I have used the same hotmail address and password for year's and then all of a sudden I can't get into it. No access to Hotmail account since 21/8/2010 - just message saying "there was a problem with the Windows Live hotmail service(a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer)
